No, Windows Firewall is not active, but,
Yes we do have a Fortinet Firewall. What must be opened to where ?
IP and ports please.

To load the remote from a personal Computer to a Tablet, it is the port 8009. Have a look in your firewall configuration and search if NEO is blocked.

Everything from interal to wan1 on port 8009 (tcp and udp) is allowed. Still the same issue.
