AIO Creator import from Homematic CCU2 problem

(I am from Denmark and my german is a little rusty - so i try in english)
Please see this picture:

I have the Homematic CCU2 and it seem to work correctly using the internal webserver (see attached picture) - to keep it simple, all i have attached is ONE single thermostat. I have purchased the Homematic CCU plugin for the AIO creator. And i have tried to follow the instruction video, but when i try to import from the gateway (CCU2) i get the error message also in the picture. For your information, i can actually teach-in the thermostat from the 'Register a device'. Hope you can help me....... Best regards Henrik Hansen

Hi
Which version of neo creator are you using?
If 2.2.2 then just try to install another one....f.e. 2.2.1 or lower one and try. If works after you can upgrade to actual one.

Thank you both for answering my question!! :-)
I use version 2.2.1 - so i will try to upgrade to 2.2.2.

Neo can find the gateway (CCU) and everything looks correct - i have tried both with and without id/password:

I can also teach in a device from the device manager in NEO

Do you have the original ccu2 from homematic or you do it with the raspimatic?
Another user with raspimatic has the same problem here:

try the 2.2.0 version, for tcl port empty
the same for user and password, just leave empty

This is the original CCU2 from Homematic i use - i can't leave TCL port empty, the system puts in a 0 (zero).
Where can i download old versions, can't find it.

Hmmmm ...... i uninstalled 2.2.2 and installed 2.2.0 - but the problem is still the same. Find the gateway fine, but again the timeout when i try to import the devices. As i wrote earlier, i can 'Register a device' (teach-in procedure from NEO) without problems - but i don't get any data (like temp or target temp) using the device........

go in your systemsettings of ccu then in firewall and set to enable all
