Give them some time to learn how to adapt the temperature, about 4-5 days or longer and dont change anything. Let them in auto mode and set the heating time in your ccu for heating programs.
Also leave the flow temperature from your heating always same. (maybe is the flow water temperature a bit too high?) And dont let another thermostate from your heating (if you have one) to change the values directly on your heater
Measure the real room temperature some times in the 4-5 days, then see what the homematic thermostate value is.
I think values of +- 1 are normal.
Try it and give feedback in some days :)

Try to reboot the ccu again....if doesnt work then plug out from power....in this time try to reset wt again.

Thanks - i will try. Seems to me, that the CCU still know the WT, even though it is deleted...
