I am currently using the AIO NEO app and with Homematic CCU3 as the gateway. I also want to add a Global Caché IP2IR to operate my LG TV with the app. I have two problems with the AIO NEO Creator at the moment, the first one is that the status symbols do not work. Whenever I add a status rule to for example a lamp, the icon does not change, the status is undefined. It seems like the program somehow does not get feedback so it does not know the status of the lamp. I can operate every device but the icons do not change.
The next problem is with using the Global Caché IP2IR. The app does not send signals to my IP2IR device and I have no idea why. I have tested the IR-codes and they work, I have added my TV as a device in the AIO NEO Creator and selected the IP2IR device as the gateway since I do not own a Mediola gateway. I hope someone can help me out since I could not find the solution to these problems anywhere.
I have set the Autorefresh to 1s but that didn't change anything.
For most of the lights I've added a button to switch the light and a round slider to dim the light, all of the buttons have an 'undefined' status but the dim switches (round sliders) actually display the correct percentage. So when I switch a light on, the round slider immediatly displays '100'. (Note: The status rules that I use were made according to the manual).
could you post a screenshot showing your status rule. If the round slider works correctly but the button does not change, your status rule might not be correct.

The toggle buttons for the lights are on the left, the dim functions are on the right. I have also tried to change the status to ''Dimmer direction'' and removing the status but that didn't change anything. The toggle buttons and dim functions both have the same status now
You have set 0% and 100% in your status rule, but your device only returns values. Please delete the percent symbol and set only 0 for off and 100 for on.
It works, thank you very much! Just a little question, whenever I want to dim the lights now the value can be between 1 and 100. Do I have to add 1 till 99 manually so the icon changes when the light is at, for example, 55% or 82%?

Hi,
