the element with the three dots is a placeholder and indicates that device is unknown to the app.
In order to fix this please contact support directly through the app by going to: menu -> setup -> contact support. Please send us a support message from there and reference the question id 2917078 in the message (this is not the support ticket number). Also append the gateway data to the message. This way we will be able to identify the device type and fix this in the next app iteration.
