I also read some Google reviews, it's very bad, people who buy a 550 euro expensive gateway and have issues, support won't answer. Even not pickup the phone i read.
When searching on the internet, it's not possible to buy the AIO Gateway as well by other resellers.
Seems like that this product will be EOL then? No support, no bug fixes, no resellers any more.
Is it possible to get root access to the device? Then I can fix the bug self, I've enough Linux, scripting and debugging skills.
